THE DECISION MAKER

The receiving employer decides acceptance for the job application.

THE FIRST FREE CHECK

Confirm the employer’s request and whether any professional activity or title needs a separate regulator.

AVOID THE WRONG REPORT

The statement does not assess specific subjects, grades or English proficiency; confirm that its scope answers the request.

Short answer

Ask the employer what qualification evidence it will accept before purchasing a statement.

No expiry does not mean every employer accepts the same evidence

UK ENIC states that its comparison has no expiry date. It remains guidance supporting original records, and the employer makes the final decision. Ask whether an existing statement is accepted rather than automatically buying another one. Electronic verification checks the document; it does not make the hiring decision.

The quoted service and refund boundary

The standard service is GBP 69.60 including an electronic statement, if eligible. Printed delivery is separate. Refunds require a cancellation request before the evaluation team starts reviewing qualifications; do not assume you can recover the fee after review begins or if no statement can be issued.

Prepare records from the awarding institution

UK ENIC’s list includes final certificates, official subject/grade transcripts and conditional certified translations. It accepts records from the awarding institution rather than an affiliate college. The employer may have a different submission list, so do not treat the evaluation provider’s checklist as the employer’s whole hiring process.

DiploWay preparation: confirm the scope of the hiring request

Ask whether the job needs evidence of education level, course content, English ability or a protected professional status. Keep those requests separate. A general academic comparison should not be used to skip a regulator’s process or a migration evidence requirement.
