DIPLOWAY DECISION WORKBENCH

Separate the requests.
Then choose the next step.

Compare two sourced process guides. Turn unanswered document questions into a message you can take to the receiving institution.

No account · No uploads · Your selections stay in this page.

Compare the decision,
not just the country.

Choose two guides to view their named authorities, requested evidence, limits and quoted fees. Read the location on each guide; a scoped example is not a nationwide licence rule.

Selections compare the available guide explanations, not citizenship, diploma eligibility, licence chances or total costs. No cheapest-country ranking or currency conversion is calculated.

A worked example is available below. The interactive comparison needs JavaScript.

Non-regulated work

Non-regulated work in the Netherlands

Netherlands — Non-regulated work guidance; conditions vary by receiving institution and case.

Who decides: The employer decides hiring; professional regulators handle protected roles separately.

Which evidence: A diploma-level comparison where it meets the employer’s request.

Wrong-purchase risk: Start with the competent authority if the role is protected; a generic report is not professional recognition.

Regulated profession

Foreign-trained teachers in the Netherlands: DUO professional recognition

European Netherlands — DUO primary, special needs, secondary, vocational/adult teaching authorisations; not childcare or a generic all-sector licence

Who decides: DUO; it may consult Nuffic or the authority in the qualification country.

Which evidence: The relevant DUO form requests education and employment chronology, qualifications and supporting records; follow the selected route’s current list.

Wrong-purchase risk: Both recognition forms list an IDW evaluation as optional if already held. It is not a compulsory preliminary purchase.

These are different document decisions. The example does not assess your qualification or choose a service for you.

What do you still
need to ask?

This private checklist records what you have already confirmed. It generates questions about the gaps; it does not certify a requirement or recommend a payment.

Choose one process to keep the recipient and scope clear, or use a preparation button in your comparison. Changing the guide clears the five recorded checks. Suggested prompts remain in your draft even after you mark checks recorded; they do not verify your case.

General questions only. No process guide is selected.

No diploma, name or application number is needed. Choose “Recorded” only when you have checked the recipient’s current instructions.

    YOUR UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

Five questions to check with the recipient.

    • Which institution or authority makes the final decision for this purpose?
    • Which exact document or report type do you require, and is an external evaluation necessary?
    • Which providers or issuing authorities will you accept for that document?
    • Who must supply each record, in which format, and through which submission channel?
    • Where can I check the current fee, what it covers and the refund conditions before ordering?

Copying and printing are local actions. DiploWay does not send a message. Closing or reloading the page clears your selections.

Why these tools ask about the recipient

One qualification can support several decisions: admission, hiring, an immigration document request or a professional register. A report prepared for one recipient may not answer another recipient’s request. The comparison keeps the original guide’s conditions and limits visible rather than turning them into a personal result.

The checklist is an original DiploWay preparation aid. “Recorded” reflects your selection, not independent verification. Check the exact requirement and current source before ordering a service.
