PRIVACY

Your documents
stay with you.

DiploWay is operated by Serhat Kınalı. This page explains the information used to serve the site, protect the contact form and handle enquiries. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests.

Browsing and private tools

DiploWay has no accounts, document uploads, analytics or advertising. Our tools do not use browser storage. The selector, guide comparison and question checklist use the current page’s memory. The workbench requests a static guide catalogue; it does not send your selections or answers. Copying uses your device clipboard and printing uses your browser dialog. Closing or reloading clears tool entries.

Contact messages

The contact form sends your selected topic, message, optional reply address and a security token to the same-site contact endpoint. This information is used to handle your enquiry, investigate source corrections and reply if you provide an address. Leave the address blank if you do not want a reply. Do not include identity documents, diplomas, application records or sensitive personal details.

Cloudflare hosts this site, checks the Turnstile security challenge and handles outgoing contact email. Messages are forwarded to the owner’s Gmail mailbox, where Google also processes and stores them. Network and device information, including your IP address, is processed for hosting and spam protection. Turnstile loads only on the contact page after the contact service reports it is configured. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, its Turnstile privacy addendum and Google’s privacy policy. These providers operate internationally; information may be processed outside your country. This site does not select a single processing country.

Storage and deletion requests

The contact application does not log message bodies, reply addresses or challenge tokens, and does not create a message database. The rate limiter uses the site hostname and connecting IP address for a three-attempt, 60-second rule; Cloudflare’s distributed counters are approximate. Hosting and mail providers may keep their own operational records under their policies.

Submitted messages may remain in the owner’s mailbox until removed. DiploWay has no automatic mailbox deletion schedule and does not promise deletion after a fixed number of days. Deleting a mailbox message does not necessarily remove a provider’s backup or security records immediately. You can use the contact form to ask about, correct or request deletion of a previous message. Include enough context to identify it, without sending identity documents. A reply address is needed if you want a response. Leaving the reply address blank does not make the network connection anonymous.

Submission confirmations

A confirmation means the mail service accepted the message. It does not prove inbox delivery, reading or a response. If the connection fails after sending, the result can be uncertain; the form never retries automatically.

External sources

External sources have their own privacy policies. Their sites may collect information when you visit them.
