Tool information and a personal statement
The UHR tool lets you look up a qualification and download general comparison information for an employer. A personal evaluation is a separate application. UHR describes either result as a complement to education documents and a CV, not a newly issued Swedish qualification. You can seek work without waiting for a statement.

Access to an individual evaluation is conditional
UHR’s FAQ lists ways to document the right to apply, including EU/EEA citizenship or specified Swedish residence, work, LMA-card or family/long-term-resident circumstances. For a pending application, check the stated location and documentation conditions. A Swedish personal number is not the only evidence route. People outside the EU/EEA who meet none of the listed conditions cannot assume access. Check the official conditions; DiploWay does not decide status.
