An admission assessment is part of the application

UHR says you need not wait for its statement before applying to higher education. The institution decides admission and master’s eligibility. A UHR statement for university or vocational education does not itself show study eligibility. For credit transfer, consult the intended institution; a formal request is often possible only after admission.

Master’s records: the document type changes the translation rule

University Admissions requests official degree evidence and transcripts, including records for transferred courses. Follow the country instructions and the program’s own additional requirements.

Its general master’s guidance accepts degree certificates without translation in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, French or German. For transcripts, the no-translation languages are Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or English. Other issued languages need an official Swedish or English translation alongside the original-language records. Do not copy UHR’s general evaluation language list into an admission application.

Submit what the receiving course requests

The master’s submission guidance asks for the required academic and English evidence and any course-specific documents. Unrequested extra material is not considered and can delay processing. Delivery can depend on where and how the qualification was awarded; use the applicable country instructions.
