What the employer is asking to understand
For non-regulated professions, the Ministry of Higher Education places assessment of the diploma and professional level with the employer. An ENIC-NARIC comparison can support understanding of a foreign award; it does not turn that award into a French diploma or make the hiring decision.
Confirm a request before buying a report
Service Public says an employer can ask for comparability advice. Check whether the role instead involves regulated practice before treating an academic document as sufficient.

DiploWay employer evidence note
Ask the employer to name the issue it needs resolved: award level, subject content, authenticity or permission to perform a particular activity. Keep the requested product and accepted issuer in writing. Do not treat an unfamiliar job title as proof that a report is compulsory, or an academic report as proof that the activity is unregulated.
