South Australia: a scoped free service

South Australia’s free OQR service offers educational-level advice for a completed overseas higher, technical or vocational qualification. Applicants must live in South Australia and be citizens, permanent residents or temporary visa holders with work rights. Other states’ access rules must be checked separately.

It does not assess secondary, trade or incomplete qualifications, work experience or English proficiency. It is not the service for course entry, study credit, migration or occupational licensing. The page requests certified awards, transcripts and applicable translations, plus identity, status and residency evidence. Check its full document instructions before applying.
