Admission records: a Melbourne example
Melbourne’s direct-application page asks for all attempted tertiary study, including incomplete courses and failed subjects; a grading scale may be requested. Previous Melbourne study has a transcript exception. This is one institution’s example, not an Australian admissions checklist.
Non-English records need an official translation plus the original-language document; applicant translations are not accepted. The university verifies records with issuers and may request originals. Read its country-of-study instructions before choosing a delivery service.

Separate three unanswered questions: what the course needs, how admissions accepts the record, and whether prior learning or later professional registration needs a different review. Keep the recipient’s written instructions beside any quote for translation or verification.
